FITZROY-based online comedy series Shutterbugs is being showcased at the world's first web series festival – LAWebFest.
Launched in 2011, Shutterbugs centres on a photographer and her best friend and the dilemmas they encounter as they strive to get the best shot.
Series writer and director David Collins said people's obsession for capturing the perfect photo provided inspiration for the comedy, which is making audiences laugh worldwide.
Australian actress and Shutterbugs star Saskia Hampele will attend the festival in LA, which runs from April 6–8. Details: shutterbugs.tv.
