Search engines such as Google and Yahoo are continuing to show a large amount of search queries directed towards travel to Israel. This current travelling boom has had a positive contribution to the economy, improving government infrastructure for future project developments. Other internet searches include guides for undertaking religious pilgrimages and increased popularity for travel to Jerusalem.

Following results of search queries and bookings for tour packages, a record breaking one million foreigners, adventurers and refugees included will be undertaking a Christian pilgrimage in 2018. This unprecedented number has already been confirmed for the first half of 2018 already. Reports continue to raise awareness of the importance of experiencing such an event amongst the masses.
